How do I care for my jewelry? Please see our Jewelry Care page for lots of tips!

How long does shipping take? All items are in stock and we do not drop ship. Please allow 2-3 days to process and pack your order, after it’s dispatched, we ship First Class USPS which normally takes 1-3 days. We ship from Virginia, and once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking. Tracing may take a few days to update. COVID NOTE: Shipping times may be longer due to carrier delays.

I have a question about my order, who do I contact? Please email us at hello@emeraldboutiqueva.com. 

The item I want us out of stock. What can I do? We do our best to restock items, to stay up to date, sign up for our email list for restock notifications.

What if there’s a problem with my order? Contact us ASAP at hello@emeraldboutiqueva.com so we can work things out! We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to make a return, please see our Return Policy page for details. 

What if my item arrived damaged? We inspect and ship things carefully, but bumps can happen on their journey to you! We’re sorry this happened! Please reach out to us ASAP at hello@emeraldboutiqueva.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
